My passion for user-centric design was ignited when I first learned of the 10 Design Heuristics, and the positive impact user-validated design has on the daily lives of users.

Driven by curiosity & empathy

User research isn’t just a task to check off the list. It should drive design decisions and uncover pain points. However, research is only as valuable as you make it. My innate curiosity drives me to understand how user’s minds work.
